A Shared Space to Discover Homes Together

Collections let you and a client build a running list of listings together — like a private Pinterest board built just for their search.

Important — Private, Not Public

Collections are built for a specific agent-client relationship — they are not publicly shareable and shouldn't be used as a social media lead magnet or public listing feed. Each Collection lives between you and the client you built it with.

Inside a Collection

Built for Two-Way Collaboration

01
🏡

Clients Add Homes

Clients can drop in listings they've found on their own that they want your take on.

02
❤️

Flag Interest

Clients mark the homes that stand out, so you always know where their attention is.

03
📅

Request Tours

Right from a listing in the Collection, clients can request a showing directly to you.

04
💬

Comment in Real Time

You and your client can discuss any listing right on the card — no separate thread needed.

Every time a client adds a listing or leaves a comment, you'll see it land in your activity feed — so nothing slips by.

Quick Answers

Collections FAQs

Can clients add their own listings to a Collection?

Yes. Clients can add homes they've found on their own, flag interest, and request tours — and comment on listings to discuss details with you in real time.

How do I know when a client updates a Collection?

You'll get a notification in your activity feed whenever they add a listing or leave a comment.

Can I control which client activity notifications I get?

Yes — manage this in Settings under Notifications, including which alerts come through as mobile push notifications.

Where does a client actually see their Collection?

Once you invite them, clients access their Collections through their own Client Dashboard — alongside listing reports, CMAs, and documents you've shared.
