Pull Comps from MLS

Use the MLS filters right in the Search tab to select comparable properties and add them into your CMA with checkboxes — no separate comp pull, no manual MLS number entry.

Add Custom Listings

On the Comps tab, select "Add Comparables" in the upper left, then "Add Custom Listing" to bring in a comp that isn't part of your MLS pull.

Do I still need to pull comps from MLS separately, like I used to?

No — you can use the MLS filters in the Search tab to select comparable properties and add them directly into the CMA using checkboxes, all within Home. No manual MLS number entry required.

Can I add a listing to my CMA that didn't come from the MLS pull?

Yes. On the Comps tab, select the blue "Add Comparables" button in the upper-left corner, then choose "Add Custom Listing."

If I export my CMA into a Presentation, will it stay in sync?

No. CMAs and Presentations are separate tools and can't be merged. Once you export a CMA into a Presentation, it becomes a static document — it won't update automatically if the original CMA changes.
