What Is the Home Platform?
Home Platform is Coldwell Banker's new all-in-one real estate technology platform — bringing search, contacts, marketing, listings, and business tracking into a single place, accessed through a brand-agnostic login at homeplatform.com that displays your CBR branding.
Tools you already rely on — including Listing Concierge, Design Concierge, and CB Desk — are being integrated directly into Home Platform, with more tools following over time. Transactions, contracts, and compliance management will continue through Desk / MyDeals until that functionality moves into the Business Tracker.
